No, not at this time.
No, there are some restrictions. For example, ViVa Vienna Town Festival rules prohibit anything to be sold that shoots a projectile of any sort, soft or hard, short or Long distance. Email us if you have any uncertainty about you items.
No, We only provide the space. However, you can rent your tent and tables from "Brooke Rental Center" , Tel. #: 703-938-4807. Your tent and tables can be set up for you before you arrive.
There are several hotels and motels in the area. The closest Motel is "Vienna Wolftrap Motel", Tel. # : 703- 281-2330
No, We do not issue refunds or rain checks
You receive a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee if you cancel before April 15. No refunds after April 15.
Yes, we provide private overnight security on Sunday night and the Vienna Police and Fire Rescue provide presence during the entire festival. We encourage you not to leave cash or valuables. ViVa! Vienna!, is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
It depends on your location. We will send you the information one week prior to the festival. See details in the section labeled "Schedule" above.

No, We invite all artists, cultural, civic and community organizations to participate in ViVa! Vienna! festival.
No, approved material can be distributed only inside your booth
Only one vehicle per vendor, at a time, will be allowed into the festival grounds during set up. After the set up is completed, you may be able to bring another vehicle. You are urged to unload your vehicle, go park, and then come back to set up. Vendors are requested to show up at different times in order to keep the traffic moving and allow each vendor access to his/her space in a timely fashion in order to set up.
Our telephone is not manned. It is an information line which is monitored by our volunteer members periodically. You are encouraged to e-mail your questions to: vivavienna@verizon.net rather than leave a voice mail message.
Vendors will be directed to designated parking lots after they unload. For visitors we have a shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the festival (Church Street and Center Street) to the Madison High School parking lot. The Bus service will be Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 Noon until 9:00 PM and from 10:00 AM until closing at 6:00 PM on Monday. Click

When you register online, your credit card will be charged initially and if there is a problem, Viva! Vienna! will contact you directly. Viva! Vienna! reviews all applications and will make a final determination of your application within 1 business week. If for some reason your application is denied, Viva! Vienna! will give you a full refund. Cancellation fees may apply. Once booth assignments are made, you will receive an email from Viva! Vienna! notifying you of your booth number and additional vendor information. You can also, login to the Vendors area of the site and view the final approved vendor list.
We send out four mailer throughout the year in order to remind vendors to register. We sent the mailer to everyone on our mailing list. We ask you to ignore the mailer or pass it on to a friend if you have already registered.
